1. How can I make changes to my order?

Simply e-mail us at info@MICRODIA.com within 24 hours after purchase is made. Please quote the order number for official handling. 

2. How long does it take for my order to ship?

Standard orders are typically processed between 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Please e-mail us if you have any questions about your order.

3. Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we do. We try to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you will be able to select your country and view the options available to you. If you don’t see your country listed and are interested in placing an order, please e-mail info@MICRODIA.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

4. What are my shipping and handling rates?

Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order. Please refer to the Shipping for details.

5. Do I have to pay for duties, import taxes, VAT and other customs clearance fees?

Import duties, taxes, VAT and other customs related charges are not included in the price or shipping cost. 

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Your country’s Customs may request payment for these customs charges.

2. Do you accept Credit Card?

Yes. We accept major credit cards via PayPal and you are not required to have your own PayPal account (except for a very few specific countries).
